Why Did I Receive Two Separate Order Confirmations?Updated an hour ago

If you made a purchase and later accepted a post-checkout special offer, you may receive two separate order confirmations. This is expected and reflects how our special offer system processes additional purchases.


Why You Received Two Emails

  • When you complete your initial purchase, you immediately receive an order confirmation email and receipt for that transaction.

  • If you take advantage of a special one-time offer presented after checkout, this counts as a separate transaction in the same order.

  • Because the one time special offer is processed independently, a second order confirmation and receipt are sent—usually within 1–2 hours.


What This Means for Your Order

  • Your original purchase and your one time special offer purchase are handled as two distinct transactions.

  • Your first receipt will list only the items you purchased at checkout. The second receipt will include the items you originally purchased, as well as the item(s) you added to your order after checkout. 

  • This helps ensure accurate billing and fulfillment for both parts of your purchase.


No Need to Worry

  • You have not been charged twice for the same items.

  • You have only been charged for what you agreed to in each order, and each order is fully documented with its own receipt.

Q: Why doesn’t my one time special offer item show up in the first confirmation email?

A: The one time special offer is processed as a separate transaction after your original order, so it appears only in the second confirmation email.


Q: Can I combine the two orders into one shipment?

A: In most cases, yes—we will do our best to combine orders when possible. If not, they will ship separately but you won’t be charged extra for shipping.
