Once your return is approved and you follow the instructions to ship the item back, and provide the return tracking information, here’s what happens:

Return shipping & check-in (7–10 business days)

• After you drop off the package to the carrier of your choice, allow 7–10 business days after receipt for our warehouse to receive and inspect the item.

Refund processing

• Once the return is checked in, we process the refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification at that time confirming the refund or the chosen resolution (exchange or store credit).

Credit posting (up to 7 business days)

• After we issue the refund, please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or card statement—timing depends on your financial institution.
