Once your return is approved and you follow the instructions to ship the item back, and provide the return tracking information, here’s what happens:

Processing (up to 10 business days)

• After your return arrives at our warehouse, allow up to 10 business days for us to receive, inspect and process it.

Refund

• Once the return is processed, we issue the refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification at that time confirming the refund or the chosen resolution (exchange or store credit).

Credit posting (3–5 business days)

• After we issue the refund, please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or card statement—timing depends on your financial institution.
