If your order arrives with an incorrect item, please follow these steps:

Document the error

• Take clear photos of the wrong item and its packaging.

• These images help us process your return and prevent similar mistakes.

Start a return

Go to the SYB Return Portal: https://shop.shieldyourbody.com/a/returnzap

Enter your order number and email, then select the item you received by mistake.

Ship the wrong item back

• We’ll cover the return shipping cost—once reviewed and approved we'll send you return instructions and label. 

Receive the correct replacement

Once we receive and verify the returned item, SYB will send the correct product at no extra charge. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the new tracking information.
