If you’ve received only part of your order, don’t worry—this is normal in some cases. Here’s why this might happen:
1. Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, we may ship items from your order separately if:
• They are being fulfilled from different warehouses.
• Some items are ready to ship sooner than others.
2. Backordered or Out-of-Stock Items
If an item in your order is temporarily backordered or out of stock, the available items will ship first. The remaining item(s) will be shipped as soon as they become available.
In out-of-stock cases, a member of our customer support team will contact you to provide options.
