Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. 

You may click on the order number link to view the order details.

Once your order is shipped, the order status will be updated with the tracking number, and you will receive an email with the tracking number. You may click on the tracking number to see the status of your shipment.

If you do not have these emails, you can always see the status of all of your prior orders by logging into your SYB store account page.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after your order is placed. It can take up to 24 hours for the number to become active in our system. If you don't see any updates right away, please be patient and check back later.
