To start a return, please follow these steps:

Visit our Returns Portal and complete the Returns Request form to initiate your return. Be ready to provide:

 • The item(s) you wish to return

 • The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we’ll email you detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.

 4. Ship Your Return

Return shipping for Shield Your Body products is at your own cost, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Products from other brands we carry follow that brand’s own return policy, which you can find on our Return Policy page.
