How do I cancel my order?Updated 16 days ago

We cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order has been placed. Orders move to fulfillment quickly, and some products ship from other warehouses. If you still need to try, contact SYB Customer Support immediately, and our team will try to stop it by contacting the warehouse(s).

• If we are able to cancel your order: You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

• If it’s already shipped or delivered: Cancellation isn’t an option.

After delivery:

1. Go to the SYB Return Portal – https://shop.shieldyourbody.com/a/returnzap

2. Enter your order number and email.

3. Select the item you want to return 

4. Select one of the resolution options and follow the prompts.

5. Ship the product back using the provided instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.
