Because our warehouse system is automated, most orders cannot be canceled once submitted. If you still need to try, contact SYB Customer Support immediately—but be aware it may already be in the fulfillment queue.

• If cancellation is possible: We will issue a full refund right away.

• If it’s already shipped or delivered: Cancellation isn’t an option.

After delivery:

1. Go to the SYB Return Portal – https://shop.shieldyourbody.com/a/returnzap

2. Enter your order number and email.

3. Select the item you want to return 

4. Select one of the resolution options and follow the prompts.

5. Ship the product back using the provided instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund, exchange, or store credit will be issued.
