Yes, each order from Shield Your Body is eligible for returns and/or exchanges. Please refer to our Return Policy for specific eligibility guidelines.

SYB Products

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase of any SYB EMF protection product and would not like a replacement, SYB provides a 30-Day return period, from the date of your order.

All Non-SYB Products (such as SafeSleeve or Bagby etc)

Each vendor has their own returns policy with can be reviewed on the Return Policy page of our website. 

Refund and Exchange Process

To begin a return or exchange, please follow this link https://shop.shieldyourbody.com/a/returnzap to get started. If you are exchanging an item, you will receive your new product once your exchange is approved and your original order item is returned and checked in to our warehouse.

Note: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
