We include 3 different sizes of silicon earbuds which generally accommodate most ear shapes, so I suggest trying the other sizes to find which one fits best. I understand that changing the earbuds can be difficult sometimes. The best and easiest way to place the silicon buds on the headset is to turn the outer silicon cover inside out.
