How to Make or Take a Call with an EMF Protection Phone CaseUpdated 2 months ago

EMF protection phone cases are designed to reduce your exposure to harmful EMF radiation while still allowing you to use your phone effectively. Here’s how to make or receive calls while keeping protection in place.

Understanding SYB EMF Protection Phone Cases

EMF phone cases use a shielding material—typically on one side of the case—that blocks up to 99% of EMF radiation. This side is usually the flap or cover of the case. The key to proper use is maintaining the correct orientation of the case relative to your body.

How to Use the Case During Calls

Cell phones emit a lot of radiation, especially when they are on calls. It's so much radiation that blocking even 95% or 99% of it, means a lot of radiation is still getting through.

For this reason, if you need to speak on your phone, SYB strongly recommends that you use speakerphone or wired headphones when speaking on your phone.

If you are unable to use speakerphone or a wired headset, and you must hold the phone to your ear, keep the cover (shielded side) closed and facing your head. The case will still allow sound through and protect you from direct radiation. Keep the phone and case a few inches away from your head and body during use.

Important Tips

  • The case protects you by deflecting EMF radiation away from your body—not by enclosing the phone entirely.

  • Do not flip the case cover behind the phone during use, as that would direct radiation toward you.

Additional Questions

Q: Will the case affect call quality or signal strength?

A: No. SYB cases are engineered to shield only the side facing your body, preserving signal strength and call clarity through the other sides.

Q: Can I keep the case closed during a call?

A: Yes. The design allows you to speak and hear clearly with the flap closed while maintaining EMF protection.
